DPI is the nonprofit trade association working for the continued progress of the broiler chicken industry in Delaware, the Eastern Shore of Maryland, and the Eastern Shore of Virginia.
In existence since 1948, DPI's members include nearly 1,100 farm families raising chickens, five poultry companies producing birds on Delmarva, hundreds of poultry company employees, hundreds of allied industry suppliers of products and services, and Delmarva-based, non-poultry businesses that recognize the important work DPI does to keep the local poultry industry and the local economy strong.
DPI's annual membership campaign gives businesses and individuals the opportunity to become involved in America's leading state poultry trade association. Most business members make a minimum membership dues payment of $150, with many going much higher.
Membership in DPI always has been a good deal. For just pennies a day, DPI has worked for our members night and day.
